Terms
These draft terms describe the intended use of Kizuna before App Store release. They should be reviewed by the account owner or counsel before publication as final legal terms.
Purpose
Kizuna is a private two-person prompt app for deeper connections. One prompt. Two answers. No winner. It is designed for meaningful conversation between people who already know each other.
Private spaces
Do not use Kizuna to publish, distribute, harass, threaten, impersonate, or pressure another person. Kizuna has no public feeds, public profiles, likes, followers, discovery, or response posting.
Age and consent
This build is intended for users who are 13 or older. Use with children under 13 needs a separate consent-ready version.
Health and emergency limits
Kizuna is not therapy, medical care, or emergency support. If someone may be in immediate danger, call local emergency services or a crisis line.
Accounts and deletion
You are responsible for access to your device and Apple account. The app includes leave-pair, local deletion, and account deletion flows. Deleting local data may remove keys needed to decrypt private answers on that iPhone.
Subscriptions and ads
The planned model is feature-equal: free and paid users receive the same relationship features, and the paid tier removes ads. Ads, subscriptions, and final pricing are not enabled until App Store Connect setup, privacy review, and sandbox testing are complete.
Contact
Questions can be sent to support@ourkizuna.com. Do not email private answers, screenshots of private answers, invite codes, identity tokens, APNs tokens, or device logs that may include secrets.
